As a Technical Sales & Product Specialist (m/f/d) for Surface Analysis, you will combine your scientific expertise with customer consulting, product management and international sales. Physicist / Chemist as Technical Sales & Product Specialist (m/f/d) Surface Analysis

• You analyze the requirements of our customers regarding experimental surface analysis from research institutions and industries for your product portfolio, assist sales colleagues in preparing offers and consult our customers during the offer phase.
• You conduct trainings for our Regional Sales Managers and our international sales network.
• You maintain close contact with the scientific community and present our products at conferences and exhibitions.
• On the sales side, you accompany the entire product life cycle, analyze the research and funding landscape as well as market trends and develop sales strategies for your products.
• You assist sales colleagues in so called tender procedures and other sales processes
• You create and maintain the content of marketing materials, sales documents and sales texts in our ERP system.

• You have successfully completed a masters degree in physics, physical chemistry or materials science with a focus on experimental surface analysis or UHV technology; a corresponding PhD is an advantage.
• You have gained professional experience in a technically demanding, customer-oriented environment.
• You convince with your structured and independent way of working, are goal-oriented, have an interest in new technologies and enjoy working with people.
• You have a very good command of written and spoken English but good written and spoken German skills as an advantage .
• A willingness to travel as well as intercultural interest complete your profile.
